The study highlights the traditional dried fish market in Maheshkhali, with minimal e-commerce adoption, identifying key constraints like limited technology, packaging, and financial literacy while suggesting capacity building, partnerships, and logistical improvements to boost e-commerce integration and profitability. Mixed method research approach was employed for the assessment while quantitative data was collected from 340 sample and 38 qualitative data was collected.
