Tracking Survey to Assess Satisfaction of Stakeholders About e-GP, Procurement Practices, and BCC Activities.

The World Bank-funded project assessed the impact of e-GP and Public Procurement Rules on transparency, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction, revealing significant improvements in procurement processes but highlighting challenges like slower system performance and limited familiarity with advanced modules. Exposure to capacity-building training and digital tools significantly enhanced stakeholders' procurement experiences. Mixed method research approach was employed for the assessment while quantitative data was collected from 384 sample and 34 qualitative data was collected.
