Green Practices

Helios actively promotes paperless practices across its operations. For data collection, we utilize mobile-based systems to replace paper forms. Financial transactions are conducted through direct bank transfers, online banking, and mobile financing, reducing reliance on paper-based documents. The Human Resource Unit implements e-signatures for contracts, timesheets, and other documents, while procurement processes request vendors to submit quotations online. We also discourage unnecessary printing in the office and encourage double-sided printing when printing is unavoidable.
Additionally, our contribution to CO2 emissions is minimal. We promote car-sharing wherever feasible and have strictly prohibited the use of disposable plastic water bottles in our office and field activities. Helios also adheres to standard waste management practices to minimize environmental impact.
