Project closing report of “Employment Creation and Income Generation of Entrepreneurs through Improved Carp-Prawn Mixed Culture and Marketing” titled value chain development sub-project under PACE project”.

The PACE project, financed by PKSF and IFAD, supported 4,200 entrepreneurs in southwest Bangladesh to adopt sustainable carp-prawn mixed farming, improve production, and strengthen market linkages. Significant impacts included increased use of good aquaculture practices, enhanced income, and entrepreneurship development. Recommendations addressed challenges like water scarcity and seed quality for sustainability. Mixed method research approach was employed for the assessment while quantitative data was collected from 365 sample and 05 qualitative data was collected.
