Impact Assessment of Ultra-Poor Graduation Programme in Cox’s Bazar.

BRAC's Ultra-Poor Graduation Programme has been operating in Bangladesh since 2002, lifting 2.1 million households out of extreme poverty. The impact assessment of the Programme focused on Cox's Bazar district found that the Programme enhanced livelihoods by creating income opportunities, employment, and assets, especially for women, leading to greater empowerment. While food security has improved for many households, some still face challenges. Mixed method research approach was employed for the assessment while quantitative data was collected from2,303 sample and 48 qualitative data was collected.
