Impact assessment of Income generation of coastal fishermen through production and marketing of fish and fish products under PACE project .

The study highlighted several key learnings and recommendations for future interventions. These include organizing separate sessions for women to ensure active participation, providing financial support to help poor fishermen transition from Behundi net use, promoting awareness of sustainable fishing practices, and adopting good aquaculture methods. Additionally, enhancing market access, establishing local hatcheries, improving fish processing and packaging technologies, and integrating tourism opportunities with fish businesses can drive long-term growth and sustainability.
