The final evaluation of the DFAT funded Gender Inclusive Pathways Out of Poverty (GPOP) project showed it lifted 2,880 households out of poverty using an effective ultra-poor graduation approach, improving income, food security, and resilience. Women’s empowerment grew through MenCare and the GIFT initiative, while market systems supported economic participation. Despite improved food security, issues like business losses, inflation, and loan management remain, requiring more time and tailored support. Mixed method research approach was employed for the assessment while quantitative data was collected from 1,440 sample and 40 qualitative data was collected.
