As part of organizational development support Helios developed training module for Dalit on advocacy and networking. Besides, Helios provided two days long training for the staffs and volunteer of Dalit on advocacy and networking. After receiving the training the staff of Dalit prepared their own advocacy strategy to Promoting advocacy and rights (PAR) project.
