The ASTHA project baseline study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative sampling. Data were collected from 478 youths, 93 civil society members, and 160 marginalized community members via surveys, 17 KIIs, and 17 FGDs. The study assessed electoral participation, barriers, and social cohesion, gathering indicator data to inform project interventions.
