Assessment on status of livelihood, opportunities, challenges, and discrimination of Dalit, Plainland ethnic minority, Transgender, and persons with disability of Bangladesh.

This study focuses on the economic and livelihood challenges faced by marginalized minority groups in Bangladesh, including Hijra, Dalit, Plain Land Adivasi (PLA), and People with Disabilities (PWD). It identifies barriers to decent work such as discrimination, limited access to education, and financial constraints. The study also highlights the positive impact of government and NGO initiatives aimed at improving livelihoods and offers recommendations for targeted policy changes, including anti-discrimination campaigns, workplace policies, skill development training, and awareness campaigns on financial opportunities.
