This study examines the role of Faith-Based Leaders (FBLs) in Christian Aid's COVID-19 response in Cox's Bazar, focusing on countering misinformation and promoting health awareness among Rohingya refugees and host communities. A mixed-methods approach was employed for the assessment while quantitative data was collected from 100 sample and 55 qualitative data was collected. it identifies barriers like misinformation and mistrust while recommending enhanced FBL roles, gender inclusion, and integration with health systems for sustainable resilience.
